The Saginaw area offers a wide variety of homes and shopping due the fact that this town was founded for the railroad community. This includes a very diverse homes that were built from 1940's to today. The area is still growing outward and always has many options like cottages, living on a golf course, upscale large homes or even having some land (large lots). Saginaw is part of the Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD and ranked high in the area for academics.
